Do you really answer after hours?
Yes. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. If it is an emergency, phone rather than emailing us.
Do you do both electrical and plumbing, or do I need two contractors?
Both, with one team and one phone call. A lot of jobs turn out to be both anyway, a geyser being the obvious one, where the element is electrical and the leak is plumbing. You will not be sent off to find someone else halfway through.
Do you issue COC certificates?
Yes, for both trades. We inspect the installation, correct anything that does not meet standard, and issue the certificate on completion. That covers the electrical COC and the plumbing Certificate of Compliance for water installations that many municipalities require on transfer.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Centurion and cover all of Centurion and Midrand, including the Midstream and Kyalami estates. We also work across greater Pretoria. If your suburb is not on our list, phone us and we will confirm.
Do you charge a call-out fee for quotes?
It depends on the job and where you are. Some quotes we do at no charge, others need a site visit first. Give us a call and we will tell you upfront before we send anyone out.
Can you help with load shedding backup and water outages?
Yes. On the electrical side we install inverters, batteries, solar and generators with changeover switches. On the plumbing side we install water tanks, pumps and pressure systems so you still have water when the supply goes down.
